  "text": "(1) The governing body of every maintained school which provides secondary education shall provide the information referred to in Schedules 1 to 4 in the manner and to the persons specified in paragraph (2).\n(2) The information shall be provided by copies being made available at the school for reference by parents and other persons on request.",
