# The Education (School Performance Information) (Wales) Regulations 1997, Paragraph 1


The number of pupils aged 16, 17 or 18 who achieved either an Intermediate GNVQ or an NVQ at level 2 awarded by the Business and Technology Education Council, the City and Guilds of London Institute or RSA Examinations Board in the period commencing on the 1st August in the previous school year and ending on 31st July in the reporting school year.
