# The Education (School Performance Information) (Wales) Regulations 1997, Paragraph 3


The percentage of pupils aged 15 who achieved either a Foundation GNVQ or an NVQ at level 1 awarded by the Business and Technology Education Council, the City and Guilds of London Institute or RSA Examinations Board in the period referred to in paragraph 1.
