Regulation 6 Provision of information by head teacher to governing body

The head teacher of every maintained school which provides secondary education shall each year make available to the governing body information about the matters relating to the school mentioned in Schedules 1 to 4 to these Regulations for the purpose of enabling them to comply with their obligations under these Regulations.
