# The Education (School Performance Information) (Wales) Regulations 1998, Paragraph 2


References in this Schedule to—
(a) the cohort are to the pupil grouping to which the information relates the percentage of pupils in which who fall into a second pupil grouping is being determined; and
(b) the relevant category of pupils are to the second of the pupil groupings referred to in sub-paragraph (a) above.
