Where information is required to be given in relation to each relevant three year period as an average number over that period, and that information relates to average points scores in subject examinations it shall be determined by applying the formula—

G+H+IM+N+O

where,

  • G, H and I represent the matters denoted by those letters in the formula referred to in paragraph 4 above; and

  • M, N and O are the total number of entries in the subject examination concerned by the pupils concerned in, respectively, the first, second and third years of the relevant three year period in respect of which the determination is being made.
