# The Education (School Performance Information) (Wales) Regulations 2004, Paragraph 2


In respect of each such pupil, the results of their statutory assessments and where some or all of those results are not available whether the pupil was exempted from the assessments under section 113 or 114 of the 2002 Act or was absent.
