# The Education (School Performance Information) (Wales) Regulations 2004, Paragraph 3


In respect of each registered pupil in the second key stage, the following information in respect of each relevant subject—
(a) whether, in the opinion of the head teacher, the pupil was working at or below level 1 and NC tests were not administered to the pupil;
(b) whether the pupil was exempted from any NC tests under section 113 or 114 of the 2002 Act; or
(c) whether an NC test result is not available because the pupil was absent on the day the NC test was administered.
