# The Education (School Performance Information)(England) (Amendment) Regulations 1998, Regulation 4: Amendment


In regulation 12(6) of the principal Regulations (publication of information by local education authorities)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (b), there shall be substituted for “24th January”, the date “24th February”;
(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (b)(iii), there shall be inserted the word “and”;
(c) in sub-paragraph (b)(iv), there shall be omitted the word “and”; and
(d) sub-paragraph (b)(v) shall be omitted.
