# The Education (School Performance Targets) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2001, Regulation 4: Amendment of Education (School Performance Targets) (England) Regulations 1998


In regulation 4 for paragraph (3)(b) there shall be substituted the following—
“(b) the percentage of the relevant group of pupils aged 15 to achieve, by the end of the following school year, grades A* to G in five or more subjects including English and Mathematics in GCSE examinations; and”.
