# The Education (School Performance Targets) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2001, Regulation 5: Amendment of Education (School Performance Targets) (England) Regulations 1998


In regulation 6 for paragraph (5)(b)(ii) there shall be substituted the following—
“(ii) the percentage of pupils aged 15 who achieved grades A* to G in five or more subjects including English and Mathematics in GCSE examinations by the end of that year; and”.
