# The Education (School Performance Targets) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2002, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


These Regulations may be cited as the Education (School Performance Targets) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 1st September 2002.
