  "long_title": "These Regulations amend the Education (School Performance Targets) (England) Regulations 1998 so as to require additional performance targets to be set by schools for pupils in the final year of the second key stage. The additional targets relate to the percentage of such pupils achieving level 5 or above in NC tests in English and mathematics. Publication of the percentages of pupils achieving this level will be required as part of a school’s annual report. Consequential and transitional provisions maintain the existing modification to the statutory timetable for designated schools and provide that other schools are to have set the new targets for the school year 2002-03 by 31st July 2002.",
