# The Education (School Performance Targets) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Education (School Performance Targets) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 30th April 2002.
