Where a school’s annual report in relation to the reporting school year is published after the end of that year, the school’s annual report in relation to the reporting school year shall contain the following information—

(a)

pupils' attainment results in the reporting school year and in each of the two school years immediately preceding that year; and

(b)

the performance targets determined for—

(i)

the two school years immediately preceding the reporting school year,

(ii)

the reporting school year, and

(iii)

the school year immediately following the reporting school year.
