# The Education (School Premises) Regulations 1999, Regulation 24: Playing fields


(1) This regulation shall apply in the case of a school for pupils who have attained the age of 8 years (whether or not the school also has pupils who have not attained that age) other than a pupil referral unit.
(2) In the case of any school to which this regulation applies, team game playing fields shall be provided which satisfy the provisions specified in Schedule 2.
