# The Education (School Teachers' Pay and Conditions) Order 2000, Article 4: School Teachers' Pay and Conditions


There shall be inserted in the appropriate position in paragraph 1.2 the following definition—
““experience point” means a point awarded under paragraph 18.2 to a classroom teacher in respect of experience;”.
