Article 5 School Teachers' Pay and Conditions

For paragraphs 4.1 and 4.2 there shall be substituted—

“4.1

From 1st April 2000 a head teacher shall be paid such salary based on pay spine A set out in paragraph 4.4 as the relevant body shall determine in accordance with paragraph 5.4 or 6.

4.2

From 1st April 2000 a deputy head teacher shall be paid such salary based on pay spine B set out in paragraph 4.4 as the relevant body shall determine in accordance with paragraph 12.”.
