The Education (School Teachers’ Prescribed Qualifications, etc) Order 2003^f1 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (b) of article 5 –

(a)

at the end of sub-paragraph (i), insert “and”,

(b)

at the end of sub-paragraph (ii), omit “, and”; and

(c)

omit sub-paragraph (iii).
