# The Education (School Teachers' Prescribed Qualifications, etc) Order 2003, Article 4: School teachers' prescribed qualifications, etc


The following qualification is prescribed for the purposes of section 122(5)(a) of the Act, namely one obtained by a person as a result of successfully completing a programme of professional training for teachers in any country outside the United Kingdom which is recognised as such a programme of training by the competent authority in that country.
