  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations (which apply in relation to Wales) amend the Education (School Teachers' Qualifications) (Wales) Regulations 2004. Changes have been made to a number of the requirements that have to be met to achieve qualified teacher status in Wales. An amendment is made to references to the States of Guernsey Education Council, which ceased to exist on 6 May 2004 and was replaced by the States of Guernsey Education Department.",
