# The Education (School Teachers’ Qualifications) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2021, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement, extent and application


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (School Teachers’ Qualifications) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into force on the 20th October 2021.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales and apply in relation to England.
