  "text": "(1) The Education (School Teachers’ Qualifications) (England) Regulations 2003 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 3 (interpretation)—\n(a) after the definition of “the Council” insert\n““early years provider” has the meaning given by section 96(3) of the Childcare Act 2006;”;\n(b) omit the definition of “institution”.\n(3) In Part 1 of Schedule 2 (qualified teacher status requirements)—\n(a) in paragraphs 7(1)(c)(i) and 10(3), for “institution” substitute “educational institution or early years provider”;\n(b) in paragraph 11(3)(c), for “an institution” substitute “a further education institution or an institution within the higher education sector”;\n(c) in paragraph 11(4)(c)—\n(i) omit “, institution”;\n(ii) for “establishment” substitute “institution or early years provider”.",
