  "text": "In section 226 of the Act of 1988 (services for schools in other member States providing education for British children), in subsection (2)(b), for the words from “school” to the end of the paragraph there shall be substituted “ by, or under the direction of, one or more of Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Schools for England ”.",
