  "heading": "Grants: requirements.",
  "text": "(1) A person to whom any payment is made in respect of a grant in pursuance of section 23 of this Act shall comply with such requirements as the Secretary of State may impose.\n(2) Requirements under subsection (1) above—\n(a) may be imposed on, or at any time after, the payment of any grant by reference to which they are imposed, and\n(b) may at any time be varied, waived or removed.\n(3) A requirement imposed in pursuance of subsection (1) above may, in particular, if any conditions specified in the requirement are satisfied, require repayment of the whole or any part of the grant to which it relates.\n(4) A requirement imposed in pursuance of subsection (1) above shall not have effect as regards anything done, or omitted to have been done before the date the requirement was imposed.",
