  "text": "In section 26 (publication of information by education authority)—\n(a) in subsection (2)(f)—\n(i) the word “and” immediately following sub-paragraph (i) is repealed, and\n(ii) after that sub-paragraph insert—\n“(ia) children having additional support needs and who have attained the age of 12 years, and”, and\n(b) in subsection (2A), after paragraph (a) insert—\n“(aa) in the case of such a child who has attained the age of 12 years, the child,”.",
