  "text": "In section 29 (interpretation)—\n(a) in subsection (1), after the definition of “Tribunal” insert—\n““young person” means a person who—\n(a) is aged 16 years or over,\n(b) is a pupil at a school, and\n(c) has, since attaining the age of 16 years or over, remained a pupil at that or another school.”, and\n(b) in subsection (2), the words “ “young person”” are repealed.",
