  "text": "(1) The Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 is modified as follows.\n(2) In schedule 2 (the specified authorities), under the heading “Executive bodies”—\n(a) at the appropriate place in alphabetical order, insert “Qualifications Scotland”,\n(b) the entry relating to the Scottish Qualifications Authority is repealed.",
