  "text": "(1) Qualifications Scotland must establish a group, to be known as the Expert Group on Qualifications Standards, for the purposes of advising Qualifications Scotland on the quality of qualifications devised under section 2(1)(a).\n(2) Members of, and members of staff of, Qualifications Scotland may not be appointed as members of the group.",
