  "heading": "Annual report of the Accreditation Committee",
  "text": "(1) The Accreditation Committee must, as soon as reasonably practicable after the end of each financial year—\n(a) prepare and publish a report on its activities during that year, and\n(b) send a copy of the report to the Scottish Ministers.\n(2) The Scottish Ministers must lay a copy of the report before the Scottish Parliament.\n(3) It is for the Accreditation Committee to determine the form and content of each report.",
