# The Education (Special Educational Needs Code of Practice) (Appointed Day) (England) Order 2001, Article 2: Interpretation


In these Regulations—
“the Appointed Day” means 1st January 2002;
“the 1994 Order” means the Education (Special Educational Needs Code of Practice) (Appointed Day) Order 1994.
