# The Education (Special Educational Needs Code of Practice) (Appointed Day) (England) Order 2001, Article 3: Appointed Day


The Special Educational Needs Code of Practice issued pursuant to section 314(4) of the Education Act 1996 on 3rd December 2001 shall come into effect on the Appointed Day.
