  "text": "(1) The Code of Practice on the Identification and Assessment of Special Educational Needs issued pursuant to the 1994 Order shall cease to have effect in so far as it relates to England on the Appointed Day.\n(2) The 1994 Order is hereby revoked in so far as it relates to England.",
