# The Education (Special Educational Needs) (England) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2001, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


These regulations—
(a) may be cited as The Education (Special Educational Needs) (England) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2001;
(b) apply only in relation to England, and
(c) shall come into force on 31st August 2001.
