# The Education (Special Educational Needs) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2001, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Special Educational Needs) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2001.
(2) These Regulations shall come into force on 1st September 2001.
(3) These Regulations apply only in relation to England.
