Regulation 14 Notices accompanying a proposed statement or proposed amended statement

The notice which shall be served by an authority on a parent pursuant to paragraph 2B(2) of Schedule 27 to accompany

(a)

a copy of a proposed statement (served under paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 27), or

(b)

a copy of a proposed amended statement (served under paragraph 2A(2) of Schedule 27)

shall contain the information as specified in Part A of Schedule 1 to these Regulations.
