# The Education (Special Educational Needs) (England) Regulations 2001, Regulation 15: Notice accompanying an amendment notice


The notice which shall be served by an authority on a parent pursuant to paragraph 2B(2) of Schedule 27 to accompany an amendment notice (served under paragraph 2A(4) of Schedule 27) shall contain the information as specified in Part B of Schedule 1 to these Regulations.
