# The Education (Special Educational Needs) (Prescribed Forms) (Welsh Forms) Regulations 1995, Regulation 1: Title and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Special Educational Needs) (Prescribed Forms) (Welsh Forms) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 13th February 1995.
(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Education (Special Educational Needs) Regulations 1994.
