Regulation 2 Title and commencement

The forms set out in the Schedule to these Regulations are hereby prescribed as versions in Welsh which may be used instead of the corresponding forms in parts A and B of the Schedule to the principal Regulations for the purposes set out in regulations 12 and 13 of the principal Regulations.
