# The Education (Special Educational Needs) Regulations 1994, Regulation 13: Statement of special educational needs


A statement of a child’s special educational needs made under section 168(1) shall be in a form substantially corresponding to that set out in Part B of the Schedule, shall contain the information therein specified, and shall be datedand authenticated by the signature of a duly authorised officer of the authority concerned.
