Regulation 20 Revocation of the 1983 Regulations

Subject to regulation 21, the 1983 Regulations, the Education (Special Educational Needs) (Amendment) Regulations 1988f1and the Education (Special Educational Needs) (Amendment) Regulations 1990f2are hereby revoked.
