# The Education (Special Educational Needs) (Wales) Regulations 2002, Regulation 14: Notices accompanying a proposed statement, or proposed amended statement

Extent: E+W

The notice which shall be served by an authority on a parent pursuant to paragraph 2B(2) of Schedule 27 to accompany
(a) a copy of a proposed statement (served under paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 27), or
(b) a copy of a proposed amended statement (served under paragraph 2A(2) of Schedule 27)
shall contain the information as specified in Part A of Schedule 1 to these Regulations.
