  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of defects in S.I. 1994/1047 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nEDUCATION, ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade 3rd July 1995\nLaid before Parliament 4th July 1995\nComing into force 14th August 1995\nIn exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 172(6) and 301(6) of, and paragraph 2 of Schedule 9 to, the Education Act 1993 the Secretary of State for Education hereby makes the following Regulations:—",
