# The Education (Special Eductional Needs) (Amendment) Regulations 1995, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
These regulations amend the Education (Special Educational Needs) Regulations 1994. Apart from a drafting amendment the amendments define “qualified teacher” in regulation 3(a) and relate to the transitional provisions governing annual reviews of statements of special educational needs.
