# The Education (Special Schools) Regulations 1994, Regulation 4: Conditions of approval


The requirements set out in Part I of the Schedule shall be complied with by any non-maintained school which is specially organised to make special educational provision for pupils with special educational needs as a condition of its approval as a special school under section 188(1) of the 1993 Act.
