# The Education (Special Schools) Regulations 1994, Paragraph 15: Non-teaching staff


In the case of a residential school, there shall be employed staff suitable and sufficient in number for the purposes of securing the proper care and supervision of the children accommodated thereat, including any children so accommodated during school holidays, and of attending to their welfare.
