# The Education (Special Schools) Regulations 1994, Paragraph 18: Reports and returns


(1) In the case of a non-maintained special school, the Secretary of State shall be furnished with such reports, returns or information relating to the school as he may require.
(2) In the case of any school taking boarding pupils, any death occurring among those pupils shall be forthwith reported to the Secretary of State in writing.
