  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Specified Work and Registration) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2007.\n(2) These Regulations, except regulation 6(8), come into force on 1st September 2007.\n(3) Regulation 6(8) comes into force on 1st September 2008.\n(4) These Regulations apply in relation to England.",
