# The Education (Specified Work and Registration) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2007, Regulation 3: Amendments to the Education (Specified Work and Registration) (England) Regulations 2003


In regulation 3—
(a) after the definition of “the 1998 Act” insert—
““the ERA 1996” means the Employment Rights Act 1996;”;
(b) at the end of the definition of “the 1999 Regulations” omit “and”;
(c) at the end of the definition of “the 2003 Qualifications Regulations” substitute a semi-colon for the full-stop, insert “and” and after that definition insert—
““specified work” means any of the activities mentioned in regulation 6.”.
