  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations further amend the Education Standards Fund (England) Regulations 2000. They add a new purpose for or in connection with which grant is payable. The new purpose relates to projects to assist groups which provide educational and play activities suitable for children below compulsory school age. They also make a consequential amendment to regulation 5(2).",
